YC series motors are of IP44, totally enclosed and fan-cooled. Motor of rated output of 3HP and below are capacitor-started, when operating under rated voltage, under 50HZ, has a starting torque as high as 3 times the rated one, and under 60HZ, the torque can be 2.75 times the rated one. Motors of 4HP and above are of capacitor start and run. They have the advantages of high torque, steady running, low the malrise, lower noise and greater overload performance.
